export drawings does not print

Hello I am using sketcup make 2017, I have completed a project and I cannot print the elements. When I click on export drawings it opens the print elements window, however, when I click on print nothing happens.

Hi! As I understand the 'pdf' is created, right? Or is it issue with creating pdf file? Could you expand information with version of sketchframer? (Extensions/SketchFramer/About)

Hello Rafa. Thank you for responding. I'm using sketchup make 2017 version 17.3.116 When I click on print nothing happens. No PDF is created at all.

thanks for SketchUp version :) what about SketchFramer version? I assume it is a 1.3.X? 1. Could you expand information with version of sketchframer? (Extensions/SketchFramer/About) 2. Could you open ruby console before making that pdf? (Window/Ruby Console) Do you have any extra information when creating this pdf? 3. Do you have same issue with simple models? (like open new project, create one wall and do pdf)
